Back in the 1950's a chap called Charlie became the tenant
of Potton Mill and lived there until his passing in 2002.

A definate "horsey" kinda guy, as demonstrated by the stalls, stables and barns that he'd put up over those 50 odd years.

Since we arrived at the mill, with horses !!!!, and in memory of 50 or so years of horsey stuff, we named this place "Charlie Mill" and to this day we still call the site Charlie Mill.
